Ты меня на перловку соблазнила. Кстати, из нее делают отличные пловы. Я видела у Сталика, и в итальянской кухне где-то. Я себе, пожалуй, сделаю такой, но не с мясом, а с сухофруктами. Вместо булок будет:)
